- One coupon per household. Can’t be combined with other offers or promotion codes, and has no cash value.
- Plans are month-to-month. If you cancel, we finish out the month you’ve paid for, with no refund for a partial month (see the terms).

Who can use the coupon?
New customers only. If you’ve never had a weekly plan with us, you’re in. We confirm that when we reach out to collect payment.
Does the coupon work on both plans?
Yes. It takes $50 off the first month of either weekly plan: the 1-hour plan ($322) comes to $272 for your first month, and the 2-hour plan ($620) comes to $570. The dog waste add-on can be included.
What happens after the first month?
You pay the regular monthly price from your second month on. The coupon only covers the first month, and the plan is still month-to-month, so you can cancel anytime. We finish out the month you’ve paid for.
Where do I enter the code?
On the last step of the sign-up form, in the “Have a coupon code?” box, before you submit. Or use the button on this page and the code is filled in for you.
Can I combine it with other offers?
